3. Your treasures ship from Singapore with free shipping worldwide. Every order is quality-checked by hand before it leaves us. Delivery typically takes 7 to 18 working days from dispatch, depending on where you are. We will email you a tracking number within 24 hours of your parcel being shipped, so you can follow it to your door.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your parcel to request a refund.

Return postage is paid by the customer. After you post the parcel, please send us the tracking number for your return so we can confirm it reaches us. Once your return arrives and has been checked, we will refund you in full.
We are not able to refund an order if:
- More than 30 days have passed since you received your parcel
- The items have been damaged or missing
